•Weather Conditions
We understand that weather can be unpredictable and may impact your travel plans. However, as an outdoor-based accommodation provider, we operate in all weather conditions. Our standard cancellation and amendment policies still apply, regardless of forecasted or current weather.
•Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to: admin@coorow.wa.gov.au
No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, regardless of circumstances.
•Cancellation Timeframes
Less than 7 days before arrival: The full amount of the booking will be forfeited
7 days or more before arrival: A $20 booking fee will apply, and the remaining balance may be refunded at the discretion of the Shire of Coorow.
•Amendments
All booking amendments are subject to availability
Amendments made within 7 days of arrival may incur a $20 amendment fee
We recommend contacting us as early as possible to increase the chance of securing your preferred new dates
•Payment and Bond Policy
A Credit Card is required to secure your reservation, and you will be charged the full amount for the duration of your stay upon booking. A $200 pre-authorisation of your credit card for incidentals will be taken; cash bonds are not acceptable. This pre-authorisation amount will be used for any damages or excess cleaning required and will be returned to your nominated card within 3-5 business following your departure.

    Apart from not providing a 12yo to help us get the “smart tv” working the chalet was a great experience. It was well presented, clean and comfortable...just what was needed after a day travelling.

    Did not expect such a cosy, clean and quiet place to sleep. We didn't have any expectations but were pleasantly surprised. Very clean, very tidy, easy to enter, felt safe at night. It would have been amazing if the beds were more softer. Thr cotton bedding was great but the synthetic polyester bedding in the second bedroom was not as comfortable, quite hot. Other than having breathable natural fibres and perhaps softer beds, the stay was actually quite enjoyable and we will definitely book again if it stays like this.

    We had a lovely stay, the chalet was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen and cooking needs, beds were comfortable and with the aircon was nice and warm. The tv was difficult to use so we didn’t bother. The scramble box entry and exit was super easy, all in all a lovely stay, we ate dinner at the pub and it was fantastic food and prices. We walked and the path was adequately lit. We love shire caravan parks, always so well run

    The chalet is clean and new. The heating/cooling was very efficient and simple to operate.
    The beds are comfortable but the bedrooms are very small without room for bedside tables or reading lights. In one bedroom the small light had no light bulb. Both bedrooms each had only one spare pillow and no spare blanket/doona.
    In the kitchen, the 4-person chalet had insufficient crockery and cutlery, 3 mugs, 3 side plates and 3 bowls, plus there were only 2 forks. The washing up provisions were lacking, 1 thin tea-towel, 1 tiny dishcloth and no scourer.
    The shower recess had no dish or shelf for the soap or shampoo. The shower was hot and strong.
    The smart TV was difficult to operate and the wifi kept dropping out.
    The bed linen and towels were clean and new.
    The environment felt safe and was quiet.

    The Chalet was new and well located near the facilities of Coorow. We had dinner at the Coorow Hotel and it provided prompt service and good pub food at a very reasonable price, there was even a Friday Happy Hour between 6pm and 7 pm. Check out the nearby Candy bush reserve for wildflowers between late August and October, it was an interesting walk trail. We booked here because Three Springs and Carnamah had no available accommodation, even months in advance. We filled up with fuel at BP Carnamah as there was doubt about easy availability in Coorow.

    Chalet was spacious with 2 bedrooms, quiet surrounds, comfortable beds, and kept warm for Winter months with chocie of 3 split systems.
    Full kitchen appliances, tea, coffee provided but bring own milk.
    Water in shower drains slowly and recess started to fill up after a couple of minutes.
